Class Description: This class is for beginners and movers looking to revitalize their artistic practice. This beginner contemporary class infuses modern and West African dance techniques focusing on elongation, dexterity and rhythmic nuances to condition the body.

Important Notes: Classes are masked required! We are asking participants to test before class and minimize their risk. Mask & COVID-19 test will be distributed.
